BERGANTINO AUDIO SYSTEMS PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing Bergantino Audio for your amplification solution. We know that you have a choice and we appreciate your patronage. For products purchased in the United States contact Bergantino Audio Systems by telephone at 508-234-4195. If this product was purchased outside of the United States, contact the Bergantino Audio Systems dealer or distributor in your country for warranty information.

ORIGINAL PURCHASER:
Bergantino Audio Systems products are covered under limited warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from an authorized Bergantino Audio Systems dealer. Your sales slip or purchase invoice is necessary for warranty service.

THE PRODUCT WARRANTY TERM:
Electronics, speakers and speaker cabinets are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.

WHAT THE PRODUCT WARRANTY COVERS:
We will repair or replace (at Bergantino Audio Systems’ discretion) products covered by product warranty at no charge for labor or materials. If the product or component must be shipped to Bergantino Audio Systems for product warranty service, the consumer must pay initial shipping charges. If the repairs are covered by product warranty, Bergantino Audio Systems will pay the return shipping charges.

WHEN THE PRODUCT WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE:
• In cases other than defects in materials and/or workmanship at the time of purchase.
• For deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use.
• For damages caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing.
• For damages caused by any use other than correct use described in the user manual, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorized by Bergantino Audio Systems.
• For damages caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.
• For damages caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire heat, war, public disturbances or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Bergantino Audio Systems and its appointed distributors or dealers.
• For products whose serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
• If repairs or modifications have been executed by an unauthorized person.

HOW TO GET PRODUCT WARRANTY SERVICE:
Contact Bergantino Audio Systems with information about your product. Make sure that you have your model number, serial number and purchase date ready. If your product needs to be returned to Bergantino Audio, ship the defective item, prepaid, to Bergantino Audio Systems, 1 Main Street, Building 12, Whitinsville, MA 01588. We will provide a return authorization and discuss packing and shipment arrangements. For products that are purchased outside of the USA, contact the Bergantino Audio Systems dealer or distributor in your country for warranty information.

LIMITATION OF IMPLIED PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Our simple process will get you in the system and only takes about 2 minutes. Don’t forget, you will need your product model number and serial number. This registration will allow you access to warranty service (if ever required) and will allow us to provide you with product updates and improvements. Please note that you still need to provide proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim, so hang on to your receipts! Failure to register your product may result in your product not having a manufacturer’s warranty. All products must be purchased new from an authorized Bergantino Audio Systems dealer to have a product warranty.
