Return Policy
Bergantino Audio Systems will allow one week, from the date you receive your purchase where you can return your purchased item back to Bergantino Audio Systems for a refund subject to conditions below:
- Goods must be returned, at customer’s expense, in like-new condition, with all original packaging, including all accessories such as power cords, manuals, etc.
- Bergantino Audio Systems reserves the right to deduct any amount to cover any losses in value or refuse a return if item cannot be resold as new due to shipping damages or wear and tear.
- We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
- Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS.
- All shipping costs incurred to customer will be deducted.
- A re-stocking fee will be deducted, 10% for amplifiers and 15% for cabinets.
- Credit Card or PayPal fees will be deducted
