Whitinsville, MA (December 22, 2014) – Bergantino Audio Systems announces the NV610T ‘New Vintage’ bass guitar speaker cabinet (ProNet price $1499 USD), a sealed cabinet with a nod toward a vintage sound.

The NV610T which weighs in at 100 lbs. (approx. 45.36 kilograms) is unique in the Bergantino Audio Systems line of speakers. The ‘New Vintage’ NV610T series bass guitar speaker cabinet incorporates 6-10” with a Tweeter and tweeter level control. The NV610T cabinet is sealed (rather than the traditional ported design) which provides the cabinet with a tighter and more immediate bass response. It comes with ‘tilt-back’ casters installed with full-length amp glides on the back to facilitate loading and unloading. Side mounted recessed handles (at the right height to lift these onto any stage) and a recessed, top mounted handle system makes tilting back and rolling this speaker a breeze. The cabinetry on the NV series cabinet employs a precision tuned architectural design and the enclosure is built with the finest 100% Baltic birch plywood available. The NV610T is covered in traditional tolex for durability (no more carpet fuzz for your cat to claw) and it employs a rigid black grille to protect the drivers.

Woofers have ceramic magnets with vented pole pieces and the low-end is full and round. The NV610T also utilizes a unique tweeter matched with a custom phase-coherent crossover network that extends the range of these cabinets to 12KhZ. A tweeter level control on the back of the cabinet allows turning the tweeter all the way off and removes it from the circuit, so if you want the ‘old-school vibe’ – no problem. With the tweeter on, these cabs can be slap monsters to match high-output demands – with the tweeters off, just great low end and midrange goodness. Replace your tired 8-10″ speaker cabinet with the NV610T and you get more flexibility, smaller cabinet with lighter weight and improve your sonic footprint, whether R&B, Metal or Funk. The CN210 which weighs in at 34 lbs. (approx. 15.42 kilograms) continues the legacy of the CN112 and CN212 lightweight speaker cabinets. All of the acclaimed Bergantino Audio sonic fingerprint is evident in this new speaker cabinet.

The (Carbon Neo) CN210 speaker cabinet uses a precision tuned cabinet architecture built with the finest lightweight poplar plywood to help reduce weight, but with a sturdy Baltic birch baffle to ensure a cohesive and powerful acoustic wave front. It’s finished in a carbon fiber tolex covering with a rigid black metal grille. Components include a custom designed phase-coherent crossover with a tweeter control, power handling of 400W RMS, frequency response of 44Hz to 12kHz and woofers with Neodymium magnet material which provide a full and punchy low-end with a very sweet midrange.
