Cody Wright & Chaisaray Schenck perform "Lone Wolf" Live!

Here is the second installment from an amazing evening with Cody Wright and Chaisaray Schenck. These guys are super talented and genuienly nice dudes. They are doing some big things, currently on tour performing all over the WORLD with the Jonathan Scales Fourchestra. My friends Cody Wright and Chaisaray Schenck stopped by while on tour with The Jonathan Scales Fourchestra and I was able to capture several great performances. Cody is an amazing Bass player with a very unique style that brings a very funky vibe. Chaisaray was killing it behind the kit, all he needed was Kick, Snare, Hats and he went to WORK! Cody is currently working on his debut album so be sure to keep an ear out for that and I highly recommend checking out the Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, they are constantly touring and likely coming to a city near you. I have about 6 different tracks from this magically evening so be sure to check out the other videos on this Channel. This is #2Special thanks to Anthony Berg for mixing audio!Share it if you LIKE it!Check out more from Cody at: http://codywrightmusic.com/Jonathan Scales Fourchestra : http://www.jonscales.com/

Bergantino Audio Systems NV Series Bass Guitar Speaker Cabinets

Unique in the Bergantino Audio Systems line of speakers are the New Vintage NV series of bass guitar speaker cabinets. The NV series are available in three driver configurations; 1-15” w/ 6” Midrange, 6-10” w/ Tweeter and 4-12” w/ Tweeter. The NV series cabinets are sealed (rather than the traditional ported design) which provides the NV cabinets with a tighter and more immediate bass response. The NV 610T and NV412T both come with ‘tilt-back’ casters installed with full-length amp glides on the back to facilitate loading and unloading. All of the NV cabinets have side mounted recessed handles (at the right height to lift these onto any stage), while the NV610T and NV412T employ a recessed, top mounted handle system that makes tilting these back and rolling them a breeze. The cabinetry on the NV series employ a precision tuned cabinet architecture and the enclosures are built with the finest 100% Baltic birch plywood. The NV series are covered in traditional tolex for durability (no more carpet fuzz for your cat to claw) and they all employ a rigid black grille to protect the drivers.

The internal components used are extremely high quality and they are of Bergantino design. No ‘off-the-shelf’ parts are used. Woofers have ceramic magnets with vented pole pieces and the low-end on this series of cabinets is full and round. The NV series have remained a favorite of finger style and pick players because of the tight-creamy low end found with these cabinets. The NV115 incorporates a 6” midrange mated to a custom phase-coherent crossover network that extends the range of the cabinet up to 6.5KhZ. Want a little more clarity and open sound, but don’t like tweeters? This is THE cabinet for you! Sounds great with tube amplifiers (pull out the V4B, Model T, Hiwatt, etc.) and this cab will make you smile. Vintage heaven!

The NV610T and NV412T each utilize a unique tweeter matched with a custom phase-coherent crossover network that extends the range of these cabinets to 12KhZ. Both have a tweeter level control on the back and turning the tweeter all the way off removes it from the circuit, so if you want the ‘old-school vibe’ – no problem. With the tweeter on, these cabs can be slap monsters to match high-output demands – with the tweeters off, just great low end and midrange goodness. Replace your tired 8-10 speaker cabinet with the NV610T and you get more flexibility, smaller cabinet with lighter weight and improve your sonic footprint, whether R&B, Metal or Funk.

If you trend a little more old school, the NV412T (which uses the same tweeter control design) can easily replace your worn 4-10” or any of the vintage 4×12” cabinets from the 60s/70s – the same sonic character as the old days, but with more attitude, higher power handling and increased clarity and focus.

Bergantino Audio Systems ‘Carbon Neo’ CN Series Speaker Cabinets

The Bergantino Audio Systems ‘Carbon Neo’ CN series of lightweight speaker cabinets nod their head to the traditional HD series but have a different function. The CN series is available in four driver configurations; 1-12” w/ Tweeter, 2-12” w/ Tweeter, 2-10” w/ Tweeter and 4-10” w/ Tweeter. These are the lightest speaker cabinets that we make. The precision tuned cabinet architecture and the enclosures are built with the finest lightweight Italian poplar plywood (with Baltic birch baffle boards) selected to our specifications. This lightweight cabinet material (along with the lightweight magnet material) helps reduce the overall cabinet weight. The lightweight carbon covering is used for cabinet cover material and is also lighter than the traditional tolex covering found on most speaker cabinets. A rigid black grille is added to protect the drivers from damage.

The internal components used are extremely high quality and they are of Bergantino design. No ‘off-the-shelf’ parts are used. Woofers with Neodymium magnet material are used for the low frequency section of the CN series cabinets. The Neodymium drivers have a punchier low-end and a very sweet midrange that is placed a little more forward in the sound field when compared to the HD series. Fretless and upright players will often prefer the CN cabinets because of how the midrange ‘speaks’ with their instruments. The CN series cabinets have a high intelligibility tweeter mated to the woofers through a custom designed phase-coherent crossover with a tweeter control. Because of the increased cost of the Neodymium magnet material, imported wood for the cabinetry and the unique covering material, the CN series speakers cost more than the HD series, but may just be the right match for your playing style and weight needs.
